1. Our homepage. Anyone can see this at http://www.wecando.biz. It shows the last ten Pro Networkers to join, the four most recent Biz Need sales leads (shared by WeCanDo.BIZ members, of which we have nearly 14,000) and the ten most recently endorsed companies on our networking site.
2. Our sign in options. You can have a WeCanDo.BIZ specific password or you can use an existing identity you have on the web to sign straight in without having to set up a new one. We support sign in from Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, OpenID, Windows Live ID, WordPress, Yahoo, Blogger, AOL, LiveJournal and Verisign. We’ll be adding more.
3. Twitter Sales Leads. Each day, every day, Twitter users are counting on their followers and other Twitter users to help them find new suppliers when they tweet a need or request a recommendation to a company that does what they need. Our Twitter Sales Leads tool combs the 38 million tweets each day for those where someone is posting an explicit need which matches what your company does.
Here we show you the keywords associated with your business and enable you to select combinations of those to do very specific sales lead searches from Twitter.
4. Twitter Sales Leads. This screenshot shows a typical response once you’ve selected your keywords. The page provides detail on who tweeted the need and enables you to reply to it within page. You can also follow that Twitterer from the page, as well as save the details of the person and their need as a sales lead within WeCanDoCRM, so it can then be progressed through to a close.
5. Twitter Sales Leads. This screenshot shows the returned message when you’ce saved the details of a tweeted need as a sales lead in your WeCanDoCRM Social CRM system. Clicking the link takes you through to your list of active sales leads (see number 6 below).
6. WeCanDoCRM Social CRM sales leads list. We just saved a tweeted need as a sales lead and it gets added to the list of active leads within WeCanDoCRM Social CRM. We record details of the stated need; create a Contact record for the Twitterer, which shows all their recent tweets; and an Account record to enable you to build a company profile for that lead.
7. WeCanDoCRM Social CRM Contact record. This is the first half of a typical Contact record view. There are many ways of adding Contacts to WeCanDoCRM, including manually; as a batch file upload (CSV files); or using our Sync Contacts facility to bring over connections you have in email systems and across other social networks. As much information as you have will be added to a record and if you find you have duplicates we have an easy to use Merge tool to consolidate duplicate records.
8. WeCanDoCRM Social CRM Contact record. The bottom half showing Twitter feed, available contact options — if someone unsubscribes from your emails, for example, their record will stay in full but we make this method of contact unavailable. You can attached documents and notes to the record; and we store details of contact history.
9. WeCanDoCRM Social CRM Marketing options. WeCanDoCRM enables you to conduct powerful email marketing campaigns, SMS text messaging campaigns and surveys to anyone for whom you old a valied, verified email address within your Customer Relationship Management system.
10. WeCanDoCRM Social CRM Email Marketing Campaign report. Our Email Marketing features are on a par with leading systems such as Constant Contact and Vertical Reponse, except campaigns are fully linked to Contact records within the Social CRM system, showing you how each Contact reponded as part of the overall stored profile. Campign reports are dynamic and the key data can also be exported into a file for acrhiving or use in any other system.
11. WeCanDoCRM Social CRM Workflow options. Our Social CRM system includes a calendar for time management linked in customer activity; customer linked documents and more.
12. WeCanDo.BIZ Sync Contacts. As you network both online and offline it’s important you capture details of who you know in one place, so you can build up a comprehensive profile of each of your Contacts no matter how you know them. WeCanDo.BIZ enables you to easily import contacts you may have across the Social Web on networks or email, consoldating all details in one place so you get a full picture of who they are and how they interact with you. We also enable you to upload existing customer files so historical contacts aren’t left out.
This screenshot shows all the contact sync options we currently support. With each, you have the option of synchronising those contacts with your WeCanDoCRM Social CRM system as well as your WeCanDo.BIZ site network.
13. WeCanDo.BIZ Sync Contacts – Twitter. This screenshot shows our facility for bringing your Twitter contacts into either or both of your WeCanDoCRM Social CRM system of network of WeCanDo.BIZ site contacts. This is the ‘Selectove’ option where you can choose which of your Follows you want to bring over; the ‘Quick’ option brings them all with a single click.
